Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below. Where the context requires, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the 88apk platform — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or promotional terms published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting our support team.

Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on 88apk, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
2. You must be at least 21 years of age. Access by individuals under 21 is strictly prohibited. 88apk employs age-verification measures at registration and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
3. You must be a resident of Indonesia. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are accessing the Platform from Indonesia and that your use of the Services does not violate any law or regulation applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.
4. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are under guardianship may not register.
5. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed voluntarily by you or mandated by a regulatory authority, that would prohibit your participation in online gambling services.
6. You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, director, or immediate family member of an employee of 88apk or any of its affiliated service providers, game studios, or technology partners.

Account Registration & KYC

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on 88apk. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, valid email address, and preferred payment method details. You are responsible for keeping this information current and for notifying 88apk of any material changes.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal is processed and may be requested at any other time at 88apk's discretion. KYC documentation typically includes:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification (Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP, or valid passport).
• Proof of residential address (bank statement, utility bill, or official correspondence issued within the last 90 days).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet dashboard showing your registered name, or bank statement header).
• Additional documentation as may be requested by our compliance team on a case-by-case basis.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by 88apk may result in withdrawal delays, account restriction, or, in cases where fraud is suspected, account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits. 88apk accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are as displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time or within a short processing window, subject to the payment provider's system availability.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed within an average of 15 minutes following completed KYC verification and confirmation that all applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been satisfied. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that matches the name on your verified 88apk account — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

5.3 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard. 88apk reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures to large withdrawal requests, which may result in extended processing times pending documentation review.

5.4 Currencies. All transactions on 88apk are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No currency conversion is applied within the Platform. Any conversion costs incurred through your payment provider are your own responsibility.

5.5 Failed Transactions. If a deposit is debited from your bank account or e-wallet but does not appear in your 88apk balance within 30 minutes, you must contact our support team immediately with your transaction reference number. 88apk will investigate and, where the funds are confirmed received, credit your account accordingly.

Bonus Terms & Promotions

88apk offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and reload promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific conditions stated at the time each promotion is advertised.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any portion of the bonus balance or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who have completed KYC verification, unless stated otherwise. 88apk reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility at its discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold and wager one active bonus at a time unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that are not wagered within the stated validity period will be removed from your account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

• Abuse Prevention: 88apk reserves the right to cancel any bonus and confiscate associated winnings if it determines that the bonus has been claimed in bad faith, through the use of multiple accounts, or via any form of bonus abuse or exploitation of a technical error.
• Amendments: 88apk may modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not affect bonus funds already credited and being actively wagered by an eligible player in good standing.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on 88apk — including live dealer tables, slot titles, togel number draws, sports betting markets, and bandar bola (football-betting) events — are governed by the individual game rules published within the Platform for each respective product. In the event of a conflict between a specific game's rules and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of that game only.

All electronic random-number-generated (RNG) games on 88apk use certified RNG systems independently audited by recognized testing laboratories. Live dealer games are operated by certified studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live, each subject to ongoing regulatory oversight. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including server outages, disconnections, or software errors — 88apk will apply the following resolution protocol:

1. If the game outcome was completed and recorded in our systems before the malfunction, the recorded result stands.
2. If the game round was interrupted before an outcome was produced and the bet stake cannot be recovered automatically, the stake will be refunded to the player's account balance.
3. Any dispute regarding a game outcome must be submitted to our support team within 72 hours of the event. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered.

Sports betting markets may be suspended, voided, or settled in accordance with the market's individual rules in cases where the underlying event is cancelled, abandoned, or affected by irregular circumstances including force majeure events.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 88apk and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one registered player account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any subsequent account review process.
• Colluding with other players for any purpose, including but not limited to coordinating bets to exploit bonus conditions, guarantee outcomes, or circumvent the Platform's risk controls.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to interact with the Platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage or circumvents security measures.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, miscalculated odds, or any other technical error to place bets or claim winnings that would not have been available under normal operating conditions. Any winnings derived from such exploits will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any activity that corrupts the integrity of a sporting event or casino game outcome.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any other form of financial crime.
• Accessing the Platform through virtual private networks (VPNs), proxies, or other technical means to circumvent geographic or account-level restrictions.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or copy any portion of the Platform's software, content, or data.

Responsible Gaming

88apk is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and to providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. We recognize that for a small percentage of individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care to all players seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players via their account settings:

Intellectual Property

All content on the 88apk platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, software, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of 88apk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

Limitation of Liability

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services.
• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service outages, or events beyond 88apk's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Any decisions made by you in reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional content.
• The conduct or content of any third-party game studio whose products are integrated into the Platform.

88apk's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms — regardless of the legal basis of the claim — shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by you to the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Privacy & Data Protection

88apk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming operations.
